You sound pathetic. Oh I'm so fat, Oh I'm so unhappy. I wish I could loose weight. Well wishing has never solved anything and you seem to regard your obesity as a set law of nature, rather than a condition that can be reversed (and relatively easy at that). You can't loose weight overnight. You can't probably loose it in a month. Now a year, that's another story. Depending on how obese you are, you could, without even straining to much, have an athletic or average body within the upcoming year or two.
Let me put it this way. If you have a serious health condition, that has some effect on your metabolism or otherwise causes your organism to create fat unnaturally, than I can only offer my sympathies to you and say that If you try and develop yourself in other areas (your personality, intelligence, etc) you might find a guy that really loves you some day. On the other hand, it is most likely that you are obese by none other than your own fault (unhealthy, excessive eating, lack of physical activity, incorrect lifestyle). The bright side is that you can reverse this. You can make your mind up right now and start moving towards your new goals. And there is no such thing as a "fat gene". No, there isn't. Some people are more prone to gaining weight, but not to the point that it really can no longer be managed.
It takes effort to have things that you want in life. A car, A house, A boyfriend, A good body, all of these require work (for most of us anyways). So here you go. Star a healthy diet, don't just stop eating altogether, consult professionals. There are diets where you don't even have to feel hungry all the time, and they are just as effective as some of the more drastic ones. Diet by itself is not enough of course. Start exercising. Jogging is not very good for weight loss (it's better for weight gain prevention) by the way, but it's better than nothing. Aerobics, gym, cycling, just do something, jog if you have no other option available right now. And don't measure your progress on the scales, when you exercise, you gain mass because even though you burn fat, you grow muscle, and it all works out to an overall gain in body weight. Judge your progress by how you feel, ow you look, and in later stages, by measuring the size of your body in various places. Well I'm sure a specialist can enlighten you more on that later.
So stop wishing! START DOING! It will feel great when you start seeing results and I guarantee you will become obsessed with exercising and by the time you are fit, healthy, sexy, and pleased with yourself, exercise will have become an inseparable part of your routine.
Stay strong. Good luck!
Good Luck
