But He just didn't follow through with another flood...He just said, "F*ck it. How bad could humans f*ck it up." After falling out of His bed during the bombing of Hiroshima and the sound of souls whizzing by He was going to do another flood but He was smitten with Marilyn Monroe and she was too zonked out on pills to build a boat...she did get laid by Bobby in a row boat though...Well anyway long story short...God messed up...He feels bad and He apologizes for the inconvenience.
