My Body

I hate my body. Since I was a tiny little girl, my ass has been huge. When I'm skinny: ass is fat. When I'm heavy: ass is fat. My arms a gigantic. I dress to hide my ass and my arms. Even if it is hot outside, I'm wearing long sleeves. I'll be at a bbq or something like that, sweat pouring down my face because I'm so goddamn hot from wearing long sleeves and something to cover my big ass. I can't walk in front of someone because I'm terrified of what my ass looks like.

I was teased mercilessly as a child about my ass and my arms. On the basketball team in high school, I heard one of my teammates sing the lyrics to that old song about having a big butt. Everyone giggled. In middle school, a boy sitting next to me decided it was his place to tell me how giant my arms were. Telling me that I needed to diet because it was gross. I was not overweight. I was never overweight until age 38. Now, at 41, I need to lose about 60 pounds. But when people were commenting on my arms and ass, I was less than 130 pounds.

I know I have a pretty face. I don't care. All I worry about is my arms and ass. I wish I could afford to have them fixed. I cannot imagine going through a day without worrying about my body. I cannot imagine feeling comfortable in my own skin.

Everyone has flaws. Many people have worse flaws than you! No one is perfect as you can see on this website. You need to love yourself mama. I don't know where your from girl. Ever heard ' I like big butts and I cannot lie?' Real men love curves. Hell I wish I had a bigger butt. Embrace your womanly figure. There's only one you, love yourself! Forget what other people have to say. Fuck them. Your mind is concentrated/ fixated on your flaws everyday that you forget your pretty face or your amazing personality. Don't fix them, they don't need to be fixed. Maybe try weight training on the arms for more muscle and less flab or do some squats baby no surgery by the way Im a seventeen year old girl and I think your beautiful. Best wishes

Some men love big butts. Some women have surgery to increase their butt size. Just learn how to shake it. Use what you got.

Dont cover your arms either, do some exercises to tone them.. No you dont build more bulk... like holding them out to the side and spinning them in clockwise and counterclockwise circles.. you can tone your ass by doing glut lifts. (laying down on your back with knees bent &feet on the floor and lifting/squeezing your glutes.) They say one of a certain actresses flaws is she doesn't have a butt..this actress is beautiful but they say shes not perfect because she doesnt have back.

It helps that you have a pretty face, I don't even have that being pear-shaped with butt and disproportionate upper thighs. I can sort of relate to feeling uncomfortable and needing to cover up. Even if people make you feel uncomfortable about your flaws look at them and their flaws - even the most perfect looking person has them. If you can't find it on image the so "perfect looking" people can have irritating, non-sexy voices, uncontrollable ticks etc.

Sometimes it's better to accept the way we are and get the best from it. How it will look like if everyone is perfect?
If you want to make your body looking better ( arms & ass) try to find a good motivation and if you can afford a personal trainer- I 'm sure that he/she will know how to help you!
Btw don't complain about the big ass -most of the girls would give everything to have it!
Give your best & wok that body girl!

I know how you feel. At least as far as the arms are concerned. My whole life, no matter how skinny I get my arms are always way bigger than they should be. No matter what size I am I have always had to buy shirts bigger because the arms on shirts that fit me normally otherwise were way too tight. I had a boyfriend when I was younger that would not try to get me a job where he workd because I wore tank tops and short sleeves in the summer back then and he was apparently embarassed. I think when I heard about that was when I never wore a tank top or shirt with very short sleeves again.

I like big butts and I prefer big girls than skinny girls. And there's a lot of people who feel the same as me. The best to you!

Many men adore big women. A pretty face and a big bum is a mighty attractive package!

By anonymous at 02,Mar,12 12:59

jlo? kim kardashian?

are you sure it's that big?

i think you are exaggerating and it just makes you self conscious.

my arms had fat hanging on them but weight lifting and treadmill running toned them right up. it took a long time, like two years. now i don't worry about showing them off at all. as far as butt, mine is flat like a pancake, wish i had a little bigger booty. maybe doing squats will help me.

i have no ass and all the guys i have dated have stared at made comments and been attracted to the girls with big asses. i have tits but it never mattered to them they just wouldn't shut up about big asses. the grass is always greener.

I have the same problem except with my belly. I have a beer belly and I am female. When I lose weight, every part of my body goes skinny except my belly and my head and the rest of my body becomes disproportionate. I'd rather have a fat ass to be honest.

Kay here's the thing having a big butt is not such a bad thing if you know how to use it to your advantage. Some guys are totally into girls with big asses and your big arms aren't that bad you just have to learn to accept them as a part of you. Besides in the end people care about a pretty face not your stupid arms.
