I have read some sob stories on this website which could have been resolved if the person who wrote them simply medicated themselves.
You have truly lead a bad life and you wouldn't be selfish to commit suicide.
Nonetheless, life has done you a serious disservice and going out like that would probably be the only way your existence could be worse.
Suicide is a definite solution your entitled to even the score between your mom and whoever originally infected you with AIDS while there still in-reach.
