In your list there is at least one good thing. The one between poverty and life sucking :).

Find something that you love to do--that grabs your interest--and immerse yourself in it (as long as it's good for you and not illegal). Learn something new, reach out to someone else who needs a friend and offer your friendship, read a good book, take long walks, eat healthy, sit in the sunshine when you can, and find a way to be close to nature whenever you can. Love yourself--take care of yourself. Don't judge yourself by other people's shortcomings and treatment of you. You have good things to offer this world.

If you don't have a counselor or someone you trust to talk to, you should seek someone out to talk with and work through all of those issues. There are also a lot of books written on the subjects that are troubling you that might comfort or guide you to finding some answers. Other people have suffered with the things you have and gotten through it all. Amazon's website is a great way to look up the names of books on any given subject, whether you buy them from Amazon, your local bookstore, or borrow them from your library.

Life can get better, but you've got a lot of baggage to deal before you feel whole. You've got to keep putting one foot in front of the other when it's very hard. Some day, you may reach a place in your life where these troubles seem like a bad dream you once had.
