every day is worse

I hurt my back in 1988. ruptured disc.I walked away from a BIG workers comp settlement to work for my brother in-laws new business he told me he needs my help and i would earn a $100.000 a year and get bonuses throughout the year.well that never happened i worked my ass off their for 15 years and I helped him build a company that earns over $20.million a year and the most i made was $72.000 a year most years was in the 60s.every time i brought it up he said he was buying stuff for the business to grow and he got mad and mean when i said any thing. then one day he calls me after getting drunk at lunch with his son and tells me i am laid off. after his son was old enough and learned my job.i got no severance pay nothing just get out.I could have sued him but that would be suing my sister to. now they act like nothing happen like come up for BBQ. at there five acre mansion with over a million $ in hi end cars in the driveway. don't know how longer i can keep my mouth shut to keep the peace in the family. so i got a new job. and was working at my new bosses house.a side job. on a ladder up in a tree the tree broke and i ended up in a cast on my foot up to my knee for 6 weeks and 2 months of therapy i went on disability he never offered to help with $$ or call his insurance co. my orthopedic DR says i should be on perm disability body beat up 2 smashed disks in back tore ligaments in ankle very little cartilage in knees and Achilles tendonitis but i owe to much money just keep talking pain pills now I'm calling to get my job back they keep saying maybe next week. so now I'm on unemployment and spent all my small savings to just eat and pay bills. My 18 year old 112 lb son got beat up and his key stolid by a retired cop for driving his friends quad on a privet dirt road. short cut to his friends house its been no big deal for years and we know people that live on that road. like 200 homes on this road.when he got to his friends house the mom called 911 thinking my sons arm was broke but it was tore ligaments in his shoulder from the arm lock this PIG put on my son.The cops arrested this retired cop and got the key back and my son went to the hospital in a ambulance $500.when the detective came to take a report he said that this guy was a fellow police officer and a nice guy and he was probably going to drop the case he said come down to the station take a lie detector test so we can get this all worked out. instead he put my son in a interrogation room with a video camera and tried to get him to say he made this all up because this cop could lose his pension.he had the case dropped.now this retired cop is suing my son for $25.000 we've been fighting it for over 2 years now the retired cop has had to layers quit on him. today we went to court again now hes representing himself and wont quite till he gets $25.000 out of my son who doesn't even have a job. nothing better to do with his big pension checks that our taxes pay him hes like maybe 50 years old must be nice.so he will just ruin his credit till he pays him off .the lawyers representing my son are friends from Church who haven't charged us a dime.GOOD PEOPLE. GOD BLESS THEM.I haven't told them a bought my problems don't wont to push my luck.my 8 year old car is in the shop $1500 and rising don't sleep much maybe 3 to 5 HR a night if I'm lucky. my younger son is doing good they are both good boys and we love them very much and they love us.
