yes, school is the bane of most people existance. i am still in high school, and i have a story very similar to yours. towards the end of middle school, all of my friends ditched me and trash talked me behind my back so they could seem cool. i had no friends, got bullied and ridiculed every other day, and received zero support from my parents, which is an entirely other topic altogether. the days were so bad, that kids would rip on me right in front of teachers. I was miserable, and contemplated suicide almost every day. then i realized that nobody was going to do shit for me; not my parents, not other kids, not teachers, nobody. I knew i had to get my shit together, and solidify my own image in my own eyes before i could others approval. I ran every day, lifted weights, and sought new friends. I tried to build confidence in myself, learned how to fight, and taught myself how to handle myself in a verbal argument. Today, i am still trash talked behind my back, but none to my face. most of my friends are fair weather friends, and would still probably throw me under the bus, but i have a few good friends who would stick by me.

everything happens for a reason, and the universe tends to have a way of working things out.

Oh it sucks I know, but may I just say 4 years, 2 concussions, countless beatings from the bullies...I've been ignored, laughed about, and oh my god all those disgusting untrue rumors. I was uncomfortable going to school and uncomfortable going home. Being bullied really does cause life to suck but one day its over and you leave them all. You get a good job and the majority of the people who torrmented you will end up either preagnent or in rehab. (I've watched it slowly happen) :) you'll see, highschool really is a tiny part of your life.
