Don't give him false hope, that is what religion is for. Not to his actual problem, sex can be paid for, its worth it, do it, its safe, those girls are more safe then any other normal girl you will ever meet.

Do some pushups and sit up at your apartment... That helps more than you may think. You don't want to look like a pussy in front of a girl, not that it is a big deal, but you will just feel better about yourself and also more confident.

Cleaning is not a hard task, not one bit. Friends, well, imagine if you had friends, what could you do with them? What ever you think of is that important to you, then you will find a way to achieve friends. Read books on friendship, how to make friends, how to be social. Reading does more then you can ever imagine.

Take a holiday then... What is stopping you? Work? I am sure you can get a week off.

I don't understand number 7... What are you talking about? Are you setting a time to achieve that goal? Then that is amazing, but do not ever assume all those things will just appear out of nowhere, you need to make them happen.

Hey don't think too much about the virgin thing, you can always to to a hooker... just do it someplace legal like california? (i dont remember where).. start going either to gym or brisk walks around neighborhood to feel fit and strong, as for friends I dont know about your situation but maybe a local organization? heck join a church (im not christian, mostly agnostic, im just thinking thats an easy place to make friends and you can pretend to be interested in christianity or whatever religion).
