I'm 14 years old and I have never had a real friend. I don't have anyone to talk to because my family is too akward to talk to. I want to make friends. Friends that I really like. I don't like anyone in my school, so even if I do make friends, I won't like them. This lifestyle isn't me. I don't get bullied in school, just ignored. None of my family have friends. I am terrified of going to school in 2 days. I'll be alone. I can't ignore it. How do I be happy in a life that I don't like and can't change?

When you come up with that answer I would love to hear it! I'm in the same situation in a way. I do have one friend but she lives 8+ hours away now. I'm 19 and in college and I haven't made a single friend yet. I have roommates but I don't like them at all so I don't want to be friends with them. I am the same as you, I'm not bullied, i'm just ignored too. I try talking to people and they don't respond back. I just figure the world is full of jerks and we are the very few non-jerks in the world. I hope that made you feel a tiny bit better.

I think some teenage are ignored if they don't follow the dressing make up code in their generation.
Look at yourself in the mirror, and try to take care of you aspect. I am not saying making horrible diets and get bulimic or anything, but be active, do sports, especially competitive sports, they do a lot on your self esteem.
Also, don't complain! people hate to have someone always complaining on the side.

i really do believe 90 percent of people in the world are complete fools, you just have to find that 10 percent (or less) to make friends with...
